We consider the choice for a first step in your professional career to be a crucial one. For you, as well as for us, it is like going on a first date. That's how we think of it and that's how we will organize our session.

By March 5, we will be able to tell you whether Numius has won the prestigious global IBM Beacon Award or not (but we are convinced we will!).
You can become part of our 35 person team and be part of the business plan that projects growth to 70 people by 2017. Clearly, there is potential for growth and personal development.
In the first part of our session we will bring you the testimonial of four people.
Jo Coutuer is Managing Partner and will kick-off. In fact, he will be the only one using slides. Three slides, actually. Sabien Bens was recruited from where you will be sitting three years ago and she will tell you what it is like to be a professional consultant. Ineke Hoogmartens is our Academy Leader, also recruited through Ekonomika. She has made it her objective to develop Numius' professional training services and has been successful at doing so. Finally (although the exact order may change), Nico Huybrechts will testify how his career developed ever since he walked in after a spontaneous application and never walked out again.
The second part is where it becomes interesting.
You will get the chance to speed date with these four people in small groups so that you can ask personal and direct questions. For you this is an opportunity to ask questions about the missing 50 slides and for us it is a chance to give responses in a personal way.
At the reception afterwards, you should be the best informed about kicking off a career as a professional in the services business!
You may have understood by now that our session will not be a sleep-in or the best time to catch up with your Facebook friends (unless you will be telling them about us!). We’ll make it worth your time. Just make sure you show up!
