Numius wins cloud innovation award with cloud for business analytics solution

At the yearly Business Partner University, Numius received the Cloud Innovation award for its Business Analytics Cloud solution. Luc Driesen, named this award “one of two most important awards of the night”. Considering IBM’s strategy on Business Analytics and Cloud solutions, Mr. Driesen could not have summarized this better.

Numius’ Cloud platform for Business Analytics brings the capability to focus on what really matters for organizations: optimizing the business through hindsight, insight and foresight instead of investing in the capability of running a business analytics platform.

“This award is once again a recognition for our vision on business analytics in the cloud. We built an agile solution that allows achieving cost-effectiveness through rightsizing, whilst attaining an absolute secure environment” states Jo Coutuer, Managing Partner. He continues that “our solution is now recognized by several clients who have chosen for the cloud model. We expect significant growth in 2012”.

Gartner states that in 2012 nearly 30% of organizations will use cloud solutions to augment their business analytics capabilities (more info here).

Numius Platform Services, the Cloud Solution for Business Analytics based on Cognos 10 and SPSS, is nominated for a 2012 Beacon Award at IBM in the category Cloud Application Builder. Award winners are announced on February 28th at the Partnerworld Leadership Conference in New Orleans.
