What we offer
Numius Academy offers different training solutions to satisfy your need, budget and preferred way of education. Our Academy offers 4 types of education formats to allow you to tailor your training programs according to your wishes.
No matter which format, all Numius Academy trainers are highly skilled in their areas of expertise and have a wealth of personal knowledge and experience based on true implementation experience. All combine training delivery with hands on experience in Business Analytics implementations to enrich your education experience, combining theory and down-to-earth practical examples.
The full Numius Academy curriculum is available as public training. Public trainings offer you a cost-effective way to get education. You do not have to worry about organizing anything, all you need to do is register for the class of preference. Outside of the office, you can truly focus on the education. You can share experiences and learn from people outside of your company.
In-house training
The full Numius Academy curriculum is also available as an in-house package. This is especially cost-effective and practical when you need to train larger groups of people. We will determine a suitable agenda together with you to offer the ultimate flexible and cost effective training solution. You save on travel time and time away from your workplace. For in-house training we will make use of your infrastructure and environment. We can deliver a mobile classroom should this be required.
In-house training is an ideal format to tailor education to your needs :
Standard: Any course from our training curriculum using a standard syllabus developed by Numius and based on a fictive Cognos environment.
Customized (Light): Any course direct from the training curriculum, based on the standard syllabus, but with exercises directly applied to the participant’s own Cognos environment. The main purpose is for the participant to recognize his/her own environment during practical exercises.
Customized (Full): Any course direct from the training curriculum, based on the standard syllabus, but fully adjusted to the participant’s Cognos environment. The training focus throughout the training is still based on the standard syllabus’ content but can be adjusted to suit specific requirements. The main purpose is for the participant to recognize his/her own environment throughout the whole training.Tailor-made: Any course specially developed in accordance with the requirements for your organization. The content, length and course focus is discussed and agreed with our course coordinator.
All our trainings are offered in Dutch, English, and French. Our syllabus material is available in Dutch and English. French is available upon specific request.
Coaching
The Numius Academy coaching sessions aim at maximizing your performance in your own Business Analytics environment. Our highly experienced coaches will guide you through your specific areas of interest by helping you to understand your environment to the fullest.
In order to comprehend your story, we start with an intake session and work together towards the skills and knowledge you are looking for.
Pay-per-use license
If you prefer to organize your own instructor-led training classes, Numius Academy can assist you by licensing out our in-house training material courses. Hereby you can use the Numius Academy training documentation as supporting material for your own instructor-led training class. We can enable your trainers through a train-the-trainer setup.
This format is ideal and cost-effective when you want to organize education yourself but without the hassle of investing in creating your own training materials.
