IMPORTANT: If you already have a large installed base of licenses and you would like to benefit from our service, you can also request to have the usage right of your licenses transferred to our platform.  You avoid paying twice.

Our solution is extremely cost effective because it caters for two types of situations.
  1. The lean and mean way – to get started or to maintain a relatively small user base
    In this scenario, you do not need to worry about licenses, server capacities, processors, etc.  You just choose between the five levels of user sophistication and you get a monthly price per user, ranging from 25 EUR for a passive report receiver  up to 250 EUR for a full blown Report Studio Professional user with full report development capability.  You can even decide to have your own or third party developers build meta data structures for 975 EUR per month, including a virtual development workstation. 

    We make sure that the platform that you use keeps running and keeps performing well.  We run a benchmark report every 30 minutes and we adjust capacity accordingly.

    You get to use a vanilla flavoured IBM Cognos environment that is well secured to only show your reports.

  2. The solid way – for large scale deployments or high performance demands
    If you desire more fine grained control, you can get your dedicated Cognos environment, which you can customize and rebrand fully.  You can decide month by month how much capacity you want to allocate, to cater for strongly fluctuating computing needs.

    This model becomes very cost effective once you obtain a certain critical mass, either in terms of data volumes (> 250 GB) or in terms of users (>50).  Your company policies may also prevent you from being in a multi tenant environment, in which case this is your model!

    Pricing is based on the monthly number of tool capability that you rent, combined with the computing capacity and data storage that you wish to activate.  Computing capacity is expressed as the number of concurrent report executions that the system will handle.
